Services

Bass Pro Drafting & Designs provides architectural drafting, design support, and 3D modeling services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work commences.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, plans, 3D models, and design documents produced by Bass Pro Drafting & Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

Revisions and Changes

Revisions included in a project scope are outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

Bass Pro Drafting & Designs provides design and drafting services only. We are not responsible for structural engineering decisions, permit approvals, or construction outcomes. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional reviews and approvals required for their jurisdiction.
